Intellectual Property Complaints (Pancake)
Pancake is a Merchant of Record payment service provided by Waffo.com Limited to developers. If you believe a merchant using Pancake infringes your copyright or trade mark, or impersonates you or your brand, please submit a complaint using this page.
Before you submit
- Waffo does not host or operate merchants' websites and cannot remove a website from the internet. To take a site offline or remove it from search results, please also report it to the site's hosting provider, CDN (e.g. Cloudflare), domain registrar and search engine (e.g. Google). Sharing the acknowledgements and outcomes you receive from those channels will help our review.
- We review whether the merchant has breached the Pancake terms and take the measures we consider appropriate. We do not adjudicate infringement and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
- Your complaint (with some personal data possibly removed) may be forwarded to the merchant concerned.
- Knowingly making false statements in a complaint may expose you to legal liability. If unsure, please consult a lawyer.
